Annual team Building and Leadership event incl. sustainable activity

First part of this event was outdoor where the main focus was a team-building experience which takes participants out of the office and into a natural setting, where they navigate challenges designed to strengthen collaboration under real-world conditions. Teams work together on strategic problem-solving exercises, communication-focused activities, and guided tasks that highlight the value of trust, adaptability, and shared leadership.

The second half of the event took place indoor at a selected venue where company strategy was presented and combined with a highlight: A keynote speaker that brings together the real-life scenarios from the first half mixed with the theoretical input.

The employees had the opportunity to network during a customised BBQ session and with personalised appreciations.
