During the World Economic Forum in Davos, we managed the on-site event day for the Loft of Shared Dreams at the infamous Mountain Plaza — a curated gathering bringing together entrepreneurs, executives, and visionaries away from the noise of the main WEF program, to discuss the ideas shaping what comes next.

With a packed schedule of panel discussions and high-profile guests moving through a single exclusive venue, the day required precise, real-time coordination — timing, guest flow, and on-the-ground problem-solving, all handled so that every conversation on stage and off it could happen exactly as intended.
