Annual Summer Event at the Lux - Software Recruiting Company

We created a full guest experience for a corporate summer event at one of Zürich's most striking venues — a light-filled space that set the tone before the event even began, and was planned meticulously from first detail to last.

With a stormy weather forecast looming over the lead-up, the event was built around a clear Plan A and Plan B from day one, so the day itself could unfold with complete confidence regardless of what the sky decided to do.

Curated music set the atmosphere throughout, while an innovative food concept — including a mobile aperitif cart moving through the space — turned catering into part of the experience itself, not just a service point. Corporate branding was carried consistently through every touchpoint, from the floral styling to the smallest detail, so the client's identity was felt throughout the entire event, not just seen at the entrance.
